Property Description
Brand new 4-star hotel in the best possible location in the city centre. Opened 2003 in the area of Placa Catalunya. It occupies a neo-classical building from 1888. The renovation is based on modern soft design. The beautiful decoration and the variety of facilities make the Atrium one of the best 4 star hotels in town: 71 rooms with air conditioning, heating, mini bar (with some free drinks), 2 telephones, the most modern interactive TV, free wireless internet, wooden sauna, a small fitness centre, an art gallery and a business centre with computers and a library. A remarkable aspect of the Atrium Palace is that guests will find many free options not usually seen in other hotels. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant and bar. A new top hotel in Barcelona.

Directions
Located in the heart of the city, around the Placa Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia (the most elegant avenue in the city centre). Elegant buildings and shops are located in the surrounding area. Driving to the hotel is easy. Gran Via is an avenue that crosses the city all along downtown. Just join the avenue at any point and drive to number 656. Bus and taxi from the airport stops 400 metres from the hotel (in Placa Catalunya).

The bar is furnished in period pieces and the prices are reasonable. Noti Italian cuisine is mostly pizza and pasta. Pleasant atmosphere.
